Perinatal Mental Health

Becoming a parent can be a time of profound change - emotionally, physically, and mentally. The perinatal period includes the challenges of fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting transitions, all of which can bring joy, fear, anxiety, or grief.

I have received extensive training in perinatal mental health  and draw from a variety of best practices. I incorporate modalities used in Individual Therapy, to provide holistic support tailored to your needs. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we’ll work toward finding balance, healing, and a deeper connection to yourself and your family.

Check out my blog on re-writing motherhood scripts. It's a five-part exploration of how to transform your experience of motherhood.
